Hey everybody,
first I'd kinda like to apologize, my last journal entry is from summer 07 and many things happened since then.
I moved to Berlin which is an amazing place as you can guess and I started studying photography here which really is what I always wanted to do. Things go great here but I don't have much time to do personal projects, so this is why I don't upload much these days. most of the new stuff is from assignments I have from school.
I'm thinking of going back to asia at the moment when I'm done here, maybe Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul or Taipei, I'm not sure yet. Just to spend like half a year or longer surviving by

How do you hold your Camera when shooting in portrait orientation?

Shutterbutton on top (90° CCW turn); Camera hanging down from the Hand on the Grip
Shutterbutton at the bottom (90° CW turn); Camera supported by the Hand on the Grip beneath
I love cheese!
I simply use the second shutter on my fancy addon DSLR grip
